As an alternative, you might consider downloading a 30-free trial copy of "iHateSpam" from our products page at: http://www.pc-armor.com/products.asp We have been using this product for about 5 years, even before Sunbelt purchased it, and we are happy to say it works beautifully! I think you will be happy to know that you can configure iHateSpam to place all of the emails it flags as spam in the "Deleted Items" folder; where you can review them BEFORE you permanently delete them. It is important to note that iHateSpam only works with Outlook 2000 and above (but not Outlook 2007) and Outlook Express 5 and above. Good luck! PC-Armor David,

After not receiving adequate support I decided to cancel my recently renewed account and asked for a refund of the unused portion. Here is their response: Hi David, Thanks once again.
